Hi! My name is Belen, an Argentinean Mom full of passion! I have loved food and deco since I was a child. My mom is an amazing chef and eating at home was about fresh and delicious meals, but it was also about setting the table with beautiful plates, silverware, candles, flowers… It was the perfect combination of objects and tasty food!
I have worked in Marketing for several years and lived in different countries, but was after the birth of my first son, that I decided to be a stay home mom and follow my passion!. It was about designing decor objects, taking cooking classes, cake decorating classes, followed my sister to her art atelier … No doubts, I was building something!
Moved into a new city, while exploring the Southern culture, Atlanta felt like the right place to pursue my entrepreneur dream. Definitely, every step along the way got me here! It was time to start my own business. I started selling Argentinean pastries and giving cooking classes to locals. Atlanta is a small city with no Argentinean restaurants, an opportunity and a challange, I knew I needed to conquer one american at a time, teach them about our flavors, many didn’t even know about our dulce de leche, or tried and Argentinean Empanada before, so I gave cooking classes for 2 years, with funny naughty aprons, anything that could help me break the cultural barrier, the menu kept growing from group to group, empanada wine night , risotto night ,brunch class, basic cooking skills and much more! My brother heard about my classes and the locals reaction to our products, so he offered me to open a store. We rented a space, built a kitchen and open our bakery February 2020. We currently have 3 locations and we are USDA certified. We have an amazing community supporting our small business. We love serving you! Come visit us!
