In honor of Latin Restaurant Weeks, we're offering our Taco de Chile Relleno, a dish that brothers Chef Hugo and Chef Ruben Ortega grew up eating! While traveling through Mexico in 2012, researching for their cookbook Street Food of Mexico, they were reminded of this great recipe when they met a young man in Puebla riding a tricycle selling these delicious tacos. We hope you love it as much as we do! You can find the traditional recipe on page 77 of our cookbook.
