First Course:

Empanada de Birria: Corn masa empanada filled with our beef birria, melted Chihuahua cheese, topped with pickled red onions, cilantro, lime and served with a side of birria broth.

Taquitos Dorados Ahogados: Crispy taquitos filled with shredded chicken tinga, Chihuahua cheese, soaked in a roasted garlic tomatillo salsa bowl, topped with shredded white cabbage, sliced radishes, queso fresco and sour cream.

Second Course:

Enchiladas Poblanas

Three enchiladas filled with shredded chicken breast topped with a poblano cream salsa, sour cream, queso fresco and micro greens. Served with a side of roasted corn esquite and cilantro lime rice.

Camarones al Mezcal

Jumbo shrimp sautéed in our specialty fresh garlic butter sauce with guajillo rings, fresh lime juice and flambéed with 400 conejos mezcal joven. Served with a side of caramelized plantains and cilantro lime rice.

Quesabirrias

Crispy quesabirria tacos are filled with melted cheese and beef birria. Served with Mexican rice refried pinto beans, onions, cilantro, lime wedges and birria adobo broth for dipping your tacos.

Third Course:

Crepas de Nutela con Platano

Crepes filled with nutella, banana, topped with cajeta, seasonal berries and candied pecans.

Texas Toast soaked in a sweet cinnamon~vanilla 3 leches, topped with sweet plantains flambéed with Don Julio reposado tequila, cajeta, pecans, whipped cream, powdered sugar and seasonal berries

Baked waffle tossed in cinnamon and sugar, filled with fresh papaya~strawberry cream, organic blue agave nectar, papaya tequila reduction, whipped cream, mint

Grilled Cheese Birria

Grilled Texas toast, chipotle mayo, fried egg, melted Chihuahua cheese, shredded beef birria, cilantro, onion and lime. Served with a side of guajillo cotija fries.

Chilaquiles

Homemade crispy tortilla strips, scrambled eggs, melted Chihuahua cheese, sour cream simmered in your choice of salsa. Salsa options: Verde, Ranchera or Chipotle Salsa.
