ANAYAS Restaurante is the creation of the three ANAYAS Brothers Chef Jose Manuel, Chef Gerardo and Chef Juan Carlos. With 20 years minimum of experience each the brothers wanted to build a place for all to enjoy the flavors of Mexico and crafted cocktails to pair with their Signature plates such as the slowly cooked Barbacoa to the humble fried Don Lupe Fried quesadilla.
