Elote Lovers is a Mexican inspired restaurant with a twist and background of Cuban/American culture. We were founded in 2019 after operating food trucks for several years before. Our store is located in Homestead, and our 3 food trucks operate around Miami at local events, caterings and festivals. We look forward to sharing our delicious food with you!
Our food truck originated as Miami Roasted Corn in 2011. We started and remain a family owned and operated business. We appreciate all the support from our food truck customers and restaurant lovers! We hope you visit us soon!
