We’re a neighborhood pizzeria with a focus on Detroit style pizza and shared small plates, our goal is to create a neighborhood gem with great food and service all in a casual family friendly environment.

Vice City Pizza was founded in 2021 by Chef Carlos Estarita. Started as a passion project during lockdown, the recipes are a unique reflection of Miami’s diverse culinary landscape. Estarita, a classically trained chef honed his skills at some of the most premiere restaurants in Miami, London, and Peru, including Michys by Michelle Bernstein, Zuma Miami, Coya London & Maido in Lima, Peru.
