Located in the heart of Downtown Alpharetta, Fogón and Lions has provided local epicureans with a lively, wood-fired Spanish dining experience since its opening in 2022. Fogón and Lions is the second concept by Puerto Rican native and long-time Alpharetta resident Chef Julio Delgado, the mastermind behind the town’s beloved Minnie Olivia Wood Fire Pizzeria, and it serves as a tribute to his grandfather, a butcher in their native Puerto Rico. At the heart of Fogón & Lions is a 14-foot-long open cooking space and namesake fogón, a traditional wood-burning hearth, where chefs craft bold, inspired flavors over an open flame. With a menu reflecting Chef Delgado’s storied culinary experience and devotion to cultural traditions, Fogon & Lions celebrates true Spanish fare, bridging the gap between standard southern dining and globally-inspired cuisine. Fogón and Lions brings international flair to Downtown Alpharetta via Chef Delagado’s unique Euro-Latin American style, offering authentic Spanish tapas, ingredient-focused hand-crafted cocktails, a thoughtfully-curated ‘mis tres amores’ rum, tequila & bourbon program and vibrant Latin music that inspires. From outstanding steaks and seafood to ceviches and churrasco, cheeses and cured hams to tacos and whole roasted meats, the cuisine at Fogón and Lions is authentically grounded and innovatively updated for the modern diner. Fogón and Lions is located at 10 Roswell St Suite 100, Alpharetta, GA 30009 and is open for dinner every day of the week except Monday. Sunday and Tuesday – Thursday hours are 5 – 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday hours are 4 to 10 p.m. Lunch is offered Thursday-Saturday from 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m., and a Spanish-style brunch buffet is available every Sunday from 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
