Fast casual take out restaurant
About me:
Chef Abraham Gutierrez is a graduate from Georgia State University with a Bachelors in Hospitality Administration. During his time at GSU, he pushed for restaurant focused hospitality students when at the time there was more focus on the hotel industry. GRO (Georgia Restaurant Organization) was a school club he organized that emphasized the importance of restaurants in the hospitality industry. Studying abroad in Europe was an amazing experience that showed him the true extent of how far hospitality can go. After graduating, he pursued a career in the food industry working and or managing in diverse kitchens that specialized in health foods, Japanese food, as well as southern and new American food. He later opened a pop-up serving Vegan Mexican food under Gutierra Vegan Mexican and moving on to ghost kitchens where he spent a lot of time catering and making on demand orders. Currently he still operates Gutierra Vegan Mexican as a pop-up all around Atlanta and has traveled to different states to cater for weddings and different parties. In addition, he operates R&D Provisions where he serves more than just vegan options for the office building. His passion for hospitality is well connected with how he grew up. Health and wellness as well as growing up in a Mexican household was a large factor in his life.
Fun Fact: I lost 150 within a year and a half; diet alone helped tremendously and sharing ways to help people do the same has always been a passion.
