We started Birrieria la Poblana in 2021 in a small red food truck at Iverson Mall Parking lot in Temple Hills,MD. We served our speciality birria tacos and birria quesadillas along with other taco and tortas.
Our business grew from there. We immediately started getting booked for private events, corporate office building, government buildings and festivals with more than 50,000 people. In a year, we were able to open our first restaurant in Upper Marlboro and our 2nd food truck for private bookings
Our food trucks and restaurant are our passion and all our family members help us with working them. The delicious meals are cooked fresh for each customer. We handpick all ingredients making sure nothing but the best goes out in each meal.
