The Bori Bowl consists of arroz con gandules, your choice of protein or Meatless, diced fried maduros, & diced queso frito. Then it's drizzled with three sauces: mayo-ketchup, guava Sriracha, and sofrito sauce. Then topped with pico de gallo.
