For over a decade the Canales family have been providing excellent food and service at their restaurant BT Longhorn Steakhouse. The Canales’s wanted to incorporate their Latin American culture in to the Brenham community. It was part of their dream when coming to America in the early ’80’s to bring a part of their culinary heritage with them. Well some would say dreams can come true with hard work and dedication.
